About Me
I come to earth as a Bearer of Light from Arcturus.
And here, on this beautiful earth, my soul's calling reveals itself, as a Sacred Feminine Healing Practitioner, soul mentor, writer, visionary and artist, living in Sweden, walking alongside women who are ready to remember who they truly are.
My path to this work was not a straight one. Growing up in an environment marked by deep wounds and trauma, I learned early that survival meant finding refuge in something greater than the pain. Nature became my sanctuary. The trees, the earth, the quiet presence of wild things taught me a language beyond words. In their stillness, I found my own healing.
For years, I moved through various health challenges, the body's way of holding what the heart could not yet release. But through this journey, I discovered that healing is not about erasing the past. It is about transforming it. It is about remembering who we truly are, beneath all the layers of hurt.
That remembering became my medicine. And eventually, my calling.
Today I guide women back to the truth of their own souls, through sacred feminine healing, yin breathwork, energy relaxation, and the deep wisdom of the earth. My work holds space for the parts of you that have been forgotten, suppressed, or quietly set aside. Together, we create the conditions for something tender and powerful to rise.
I do not heal you. I walk beside you. I open and hold the space, so you can remember your own power inside of you. That sacred place within you, where healing begins.
My art, Sweetart installations placed in nature with intention and reverence, is woven into this work as energetic alchemy. Beauty, I have learned, has the power to shift something within us and around us. Healing moves through many portals. Sometimes it arrives as words. Sometimes as breath. Sometimes as a cake resting softly on the forest floor.
Through mentoring, writing, and sacred practice, I hold a space where the feminine is honored, where your story is witnessed, and where the journey back to yourself feels like coming home.
This is my medicine, a poem to life...
...and a journey of coming home.
