Being highly perceptive is indeed a superpower. It allows us to connect deeply with others, sense energies, and even communicate with souls beyond the physical realm. Some of my super skills include the above and the ability to balance energies that are out of alignment. These abilities are both a gift and a responsibility (oh, I have resisted a lot in the past… causing me various, uhm, obstacles… feeling disconnected), which have forced me to look deeply into where my boundaries rest. I sometimes can feel —literally — limitless, so I must frequently remind myself where my physical body starts and ends.
You might discover your unique abilities if you resonate with these experiences. Recognizing and utilizing these super skills can lead to a more fulfilled and balanced life. However, it’s crucial to stay grounded. Grounding is my daily practice, ensuring my spirituality remains rooted and practical. The very least I do - year-round! – is to stand barefoot on the ground. One of my favorite early-morning things is jumping in the sea. Year-round 😉 That, for sure, reminds me of the physicality of things.
Take a moment each day to connect with the earth, breathe deeply, and center yourself. Grounded spirituality, with sound boundaries, is key to harnessing your abilities in a healthy and sustainable way. Embrace your gifts, stay grounded, and let your light shine.
