I came to Elof with a fear of expressing myself. I felt disconnected from my soul and wanted to find more authenticity, more lightness, and more joy.

In my childhood home, I experienced a lot of spiritual activities throughout the years. I met Elof through work. I could tell he was a person who immediately had unique and rare talents. In the course of our work together, I contracted Covid. It was my second time navigating the disease. In total, there were four of us who became ill. Elof offered to balance my energy the first night I became sick. I am lying in bed with a fever of 103 degrees, knowing that he was working on me [from Sweden], feeling the shift. I give my warmest recommendations regarding Elof and his amazing energy work. Last year, my mother moved into an old house that she was renovating. A lot of strange things happened in the house. With time, it was more or less of a poltergeist character. Things were moved around in the house; things fell down by themselves and broke into pieces. Things were taken apart, and the cord to the television were constantly pulled out. My mother saw shadows and strange lights, and the pages turned by themselves in her magazine that was laying untouched on the table!We were referred to Elof, and after his work on the house, there has been NOTHING of these things. He lives in Sweden and we are in Denmark; he just needed an address and then he did the rest, in that respect, distance is obviously not a problem. Very fascinating! I had a powerful session with Elof at a time when I’d been feeling more tension than usual over the past couple of months. During the session, Elof helped me see patterns and connections that I hadn’t been aware of, and supported me in letting go of the ones that were no longer serving me. I came to Elof with back pain and stiffness. We connected over Zoom, and honestly, I had zero expectations for our session. So, when I started noticing how the stiffness eased and the pain disappeared during our conversation, it felt like pure magic! He cleared blockages I barely knew existed, and as I write this, it’s been three weeks since our session, and I haven’t experienced any back pain since. I had a house-clearing from Elof for my apartment. Living in the city with a big family, I felt the need not only to clean my physical space but also to make sure the energy was good and grounded in my home. Needing an expert, I turned to Elof to see if he could do it. He connected to my home remotely and did the session when I was out.
