How I Got Here

When I was in college outside Seattle, a teacher said something that became one of my guiding stars: "The Japanese sign for communicating is a heart with an ear in it."

That image has stayed with me for decades. To listen – not to what people say, but to what lives beneath the words. What's moving in their hearts and souls. What cannot be spoken but needs to be heard.

I've listened to thousands of people. The dying and the living. Those in pain and those in joy. Those who cannot speak... and those who cannot be seen. I've been to the other side and communicate with spirits on many levels – including a telepathic collective of non-verbal autistic friends, who transmit wisdom each morning at 5 AM, shared in our co-creation "Soul Sundays" every week.

My name is Elof Almebäck. I live with my family in the Swedish countryside, an hour southwest of Stockholm, in a timber house surrounded by forest. I'm a father to four children, husband to my soulmate Yvonne, and a guide for those ready to remember who they are.

I'm also autistic – which I've come to understand not as a limitation, but as a perceptual gift. It allows me to sense what others miss: the frequencies beneath language, the truth behind performance, the soul's quiet knowing when the mind has gone silent.

My life has been anything but linear. I've lived in over 50 places across multiple continents. I've worked more than 30 jobs; from construction to care work, from teaching to energy healing. I've escaped a killer culti in California. I trusted my intuition on September 11, 2001, and it saved my life when I chose not to go to New York that morning. I've navigated poverty, spiritual awakening, and the daily practice of staying present with what is.

Out of necessity and curiosity, I've spent over 30 years in deep personal work – resolving developmental trauma, studying attachment, becoming a certified energy specialist, and exploring realms most people don't believe exist. I hold a basic medical education, have training in subconscious rewiring, and have helped hundreds of people over thousands of hours of practice.

But here's what I've learned through all of it:
Most people – and spirits – just want to be listened to, respected, and seen for who they truly are.

The work that matters most isn't achieving more. It's returning. To yourself. To your essence. To the inner voice that's been waiting beneath the noise.

I help people do that. Not through more strategies or frameworks, but through soul-level work that addresses what therapy can't reach: the wordless, preverbal places where we first learned to abandon ourselves.

I guide leaders, creatives, and sensitive souls back to their center – so they can lead their lives from there. Through heart. Through presence. Through the remembrance of who they've always been.
